Module aims

Yesterday we had Interim presentations to present our work and direction so far to the group. From this I decided I needed to re-establish my aims for the modules and define exactly what I wanted to achieve. I spent the afternoon reflecting on my learning agreement and organising my work to find a direction to follow. Aims for the modules are:

• To identify a clear brief for the realisation module
• To thoroughly research into the different kinds of nurseries
• To research into sustainable design and how this can be achieved in a nursery
• Research into educating through design
• Remain aware of the current industry and produce self-promotion materials
• Enhance research and creative skills
• Analyse the outcome of the module and the success of working alongside others

By the end of the module I hope to have a firm base for the final module. I want a specification and brief and also to have identified a building.
